Customer Success & Inquiry Coordinator

Do you thrive on keeping customers happy and ensuring orders run smoothly? Are you a master of communication and organization? If so, we'd love for you to join our team as a Customer Success & Order Coordinator!

In this role, you'll wear many hats, playing a vital part in every stage of the customer journey. You'll be the friendly voice guiding customers from initial inquiries to satisfied deliveries, all while ensuring smooth communication and accurate invoicing.

Your Responsibilities:

Part 1: Customer Care & Proposals

  • Take detailed notes during customer calls and email interactions.
  • Craft compelling proposals tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Forward order information to the accounting team for invoicing.

Part 2: IT Team Support & Order Fulfillment

  • Process purchase requests from the IT team for necessary supplies.
  • Manage incoming deliveries and ensure products arrive on time and undamaged.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their deliveries and address any concerns.
  • Forward invoicing information to the accounting team.

Part 3: E-commerce Guru

  • Respond to inquiries from customers placing orders on our website.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and keep customers informed throughout the process.

Part 4: Customer Satisfaction Champion

  • Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and offer solutions.
  • Identify and resolve any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Who You Are:

  • You're a natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • You possess strong organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're a problem-solver who enjoys exceeding customer expectations.
  • You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching gears quickly.
  • You're tech-savvy and comfortable using various online platforms.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or order fulfillment.
  • Proficiency in CRM or project management software.
  • Bilingual in English and another language.
